TO UPLOAD YOUR FILES TO US, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
When sending the native application files, put all your files together in one folder including any graphics and fonts you have used and compress that folder using one of the following utilities:

WinZip for Windows or Stuffit or ZipIt for Macintosh.

The compression software will give your file one of the following extensions: .sit or .zip. By compressing files, the file size decreases, and that in turn decreases the file transfer time. This is not required when sending PDF files.
