Started in 1980, Mark Allen's fifteen Speed Lube 10-Minute Oil Change Shops have been providing Illinois and Indiana communities with customer service that has been unequaled.

When Mark started Speed Lube he contacted Trump Printing with an idea for a reminder postcard that was part of his hand written invoice.

When technology changed, Trump Printing was once again contacted and asked to provide a custom designed postcard that would work with their new computerized vehicle tracking system. We designed a card that is printed on both sides with variable data. Every Monday morning Trump Printing logs on to the Speed Lube secure server and downloads the vehicle information necessary to produce the postcards. The file is then cleaned using our mailing software and the mailing information is attached to each record. Trump then produces the postcards which are presorted, bar-coded and ready to mail. The postage savings realized on each postcard helps to pay for the cost of producing the cards.

Design and implementation of this project was very involved but the results for Speed Lube have been great. Customers are reminded every 3 months or 3000 miles that their oil change is due. Speed Lube does not provide their customer's information to anyone else and Trump Printing guarantees that confidentiality.
